When you hire Built By. Jody, you work directly with me from start to finish. I handle all communication, estimating, scheduling, and quality control. I’m on-site throughout the project and bring in trusted trade partners only when needed. You’re not dealing with a large crew — just me, ensuring your project is completed to the highest standard.
Is Built By. Jody Licensed and Insured?
Yes. I am fully licensed and insured for residential and light-commercial remodeling. Any trade partners I bring in (such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) are also licensed and insured. Everyone who steps into your home meets my standards for professionalism and quality.
Do You Offer a Warranty?
Yes. All workmanship is backed by a 2-year warranty, providing long-term confidence in the quality of your project. If any issue arises after the project is completed, I will personally ensure it’s addressed in a timely and professional manner. My commitment is to stand behind my work, support my clients, and provide a reliable experience.
What to Expect From Start to Finish?
It starts with a quick call and on-site consultation. You’ll receive a clear estimate, with the option to work with a Designer. Once approved, I will handle all scheduling, coordinate trusted trade partners, and personally oversee every detail. At the end, we review the project together to ensure everything meets your expectations.
